"The aim of my work is not to document what happened, but to capture the moment inside a frame, that might just bring the situation in a whole different light. It is a mix of ambiances - the urban part of my life, and an inspiration from my close to the nature Scandinavian origins. My preferred images often tend to reveal a weird state between presence and absence. The spectators might feel empathy or recognition in the remoteness of the situations shown."

C'est une façon pour moi de cadrer le réel et lui redonner sa puissance d'inquiétante étrangeté où ce qui nous est le plus proche, le plus quotidien nous apparait dans le même temps le plus lointain et le plus étranger."
